The destroyer is probably the simplest mechanical boss, it’s a worm type enemy so it has lots of body segments, that just translates to being able to do more damage to it in a short period of time. The blood bats attack a lot faster than the twin minions, but they can only target one enemy at a time, and all of them target that one enemy. Blade staff op. I've used the Spiders against the Flying Dutchman quite effectively.
Anyway, second attempt I guess. Against slow enemies, the optic staff will perform close to the level that sanguine does. Blade Staff, absolutely. If you made your arena high enough, you can stay pretty safe from it. The optic staff does good damage against the destroyer.
